VGA means low resolution with limited colours. The camera I've been using works in any light; it's just that if there's not enough light you don't see a lot (like in the picture of Evah - top left). However the fact that it doesn't use flash, combined with the limitations of the camera, means that I can get some very atmospheric shots.
